SHACHENG WANG earned his Ph.D. in Management through a joint doctoral program between Peking University and Harvard University. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Institute of Finance and Economics and the Director of the Institute of Taiwan Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, China. He serves as a subject matter expert on social security issues for the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China. His research focuses on digital currency and financial counterterrorism, economic and financial security, Taiwan economics, veterans' financial security, and defense education.
